Q: Where is my order?
A: When you placed your order, you should have received an email confirmation from Fanz of Sportz. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Q: How quickly will my order arrive?
A: Most items leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Some items require additional manufacturing or handdling time. See "Availability" in product description for stock status and shipping lead time. We ask that you allow 2-7 business day for processing and shipping time. All standard shipping orders ship FREE of charge. If you would prefer an earlier arrival of your order we are always happy to use expedited shipping services at an additional cost.

Q: What Is Free Standard Shipping?
A: Free Standard Shipping is our way of saying Thank You for your order!. We ship USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail. With Free Standard Shipping we choose the fastest, most affordable way to get your items to you. Because of our central location in the U.S. we are usually able to ship orders from our warehouse to your door in 2-7 business days using Free Standard Shipping methods! Some items require additional processing or manufacturing times. Please see the "Availability" section of the Product Details for stock status and shipping lead time.

Q: Can I Return An Item?
A: Yes. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you would like to return an item all returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Items must be in New unused condition. For your protection we recommend you ship your items with a tracking number. Fanz of Sportz will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.

Q: Can I Cancel My Order?
A: Yes. If you would like to cancel an order please email us within 24 hours of purchase. Once we have received your request we will attempt to cancel your order. If your order has shipped we will be unable to complete your cancellation request. In the event that we are unsuccessful we will notify you via email.

Q: Can I Change My Order Address?
A: No. All orders must ship to the address provided with the purchase.
